The Refresh Session is a gentle, deep and profoundly simple energy clearing — designed for the moments when you can feel that something is ready to shift, but you are not quite sure what it is or how to move it.

You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up.

How It Works

Before our session you will write out your intention — what you are ready to clear, release or let go of. And if you choose, you can also name what you would like to call in once the space has been made.

Then you simply — arrive. You sit with me on Google Meet, present and facing the screen, and you let the energy do what energy does best. I do the work. You receive it.

Over 90 minutes the energy moves gently and precisely through your core blocks — clearing the path for what is ready to heal and releasing what has been sitting in your field far longer than it was ever meant to stay.

While a single Transformation Session is powerful on its own, this work is most profoundly experienced as a series of four sessions — one each week — allowing the transformation to build, integrate and root itself deeply at every level.
